Mary Wingfield represents lenders, corporate entities, and individuals in a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters ranging from property disputes to multimillion-dollar real estate loan closings for properties including office, multifamily, industrial, raw land, ranch land, residential, retail, and other income-producing properties. She has experience drafting, preparing, and negotiating loan documents, easements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and restrictive instruments, just to name a few. She is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and is passionate about her practice and helping her clients meet their goals.

Prior to joining Hajjar Peters LLP, Mary exclusively represented lenders by preparing and negotiating loan documents for loans secured by commercial real estate, which gave her well-rounded and focused experience in the field.

While not working, she enjoys daily HIIT fitness and strength training exercises, running on Town Lake, cheering on Texas Football and Austin FC, going to as many coffee shops as her husband and two young kids will tolerate, and spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and stubborn miniature dachshund. She is always up for a cup of coffee with good company!
